1. Collaborating closely with a group of creative friends to make radio programmes for a tiny community radio station in the UK.

2. Getting drunk only once a week - and not excessively so - in order that it retains a bit of its novelty.

3. Listening to all manner of favourite podcasts and discovering new ones.

4. Eating food from the Padang region of Sumatra: the matriar ...[text shortened]... nd any "expanded" or "deluxe" rereleases by bands and artists I've been into over the last 45 years.

Ah, that’s my rescue dog Lilo, aged 7! She stayed at the rescue centre for over a year because she’s ‘complicated’ but is now so much fun 😀

You have a good life. God has been good to you. 😀

1. Hearing my 7 yr old daughter ask Alexa to find stuff for her
2. Sitting on a beach with family and friends, a cooler of beers and a curry duck cooking on a log fire
3. Enjoying the 5.30am sunrise with a cup of Lavazza while playing chess
4. Watching Christians in Spirituality, suffer to explain why Jesus said the things he said, which their church does not preach.
5. Spending time in my mancave - a well-equipped woodwork shop with every tool a man dreams about, plus cold beers and music.

If He were to be shown to me as having had a hand in it, then I would express my thanks. But I don't see the supernatural element. So in the meantime, I will just er... thank my lucky stars.
