You dont need evidence...just faith...believe it or not as they say...
Take a school history or science text book for example... why do you believe it..because Dr somebody wrote it? They say the moon is 385,000km away....do you believe it..yeah you do...not because you have proof,,because you have faith.

Originally posted by Grampy BobbyWhile I agree with your viewpoint, I think you are simplifying way too much with your 5/90/5 spectrum (and, of course, making up statistics out of thin air). I don't think you can quantify objectively how someone treats you. Often you will perceive it quite differently than the other person. For example, I think in many cases of "ungrateful" children, the children perceive the "good treatment" by their parents as patronising, overprotection, lack of respect for the child's decisions and opinions, or as something done only to buy the love of the child. So they reciprocate the perceived bad treatment they get from their parents. From their point of view, they would fall into the second category, while from the parents' view, it would be the third one.

Of all the people in your evolving periphery during an entire lifetime...
* 5% will treat you better than you choose or have the opportunity to
treat them. Your mother or father, maybe a sister or brother as well
as good samaritan strangers along the way will fit in this category.
* 90% will probably treat you about the sa ...[text shortened]... by giving the benefit of

parlance of general forum post bites. Otherwise it wouldn't get read.
The key word is 'spectrum'... 5/90/5 are little more than horseback
approximations, which would probably vary in pristine cultures versus
advanced, by continents, hemispheres, etc. Personal experiences
and perceptions also introduce tremendous local/subjective variables.
Pleased you agreed with the viewpoint expressed. This is a first... 🙂
