To everyone on RHP I wish to say, I wish/hope that you have
A Happy Thankgiving and A Happy Holiday Season!!
How is this life supposed to be
I struggle with the question to see,
for life can be so daunting
and the negativity be so taunting
that I sometimes forget my many blessings
that Heavenly Father never ceases to be sending.
I look around me and there upon my view,
I see so many not just a few,
of blessings I can see both far and wide
for day and night they do abide
I cease my question of how life should be
and I am so grateful for what has come to me
my family and my friends that are so dear
I Love them so much as I can feel a tear
my eyes now wet with the thanksgiving spirit
and think of ways that I might share it.
I think of our Savior and what He has done
over death He conquered and won
my thanksgiving for His precious life
overcoming my burdens and daily strife
my thanksgiving for all that I have been given
and this world a special privilege to live in
