i saw a sign somewhere saying:

Alcohol, giving ugly people sex for years!

so your suggestion would deprive this target group of ever having sex again. bit harsh. ha!

90% of UK hospital admissions are a result of alcohol related abuse, to others or oneself. That speaks volumes as for the reasons for making it a class A drug. The costs are, increasingly, becoming intolerable. However, things will never change! Never, unfortunately.
