can't fault the logic.
I can. Alcohol in small quantities is good for you (as opposed to, say, tobacco, which is a poison even in single-ciggie amounts). The harm done by alcohol is really the harm done by excess; if you want to ban alcohol because of it, you might with equal justification ban hamburgers, sugar, and automobiles. What is needed is not a ban on alcohol, but better education of the people.

this is sure to cause a debate
not so much a debate as much as a:

hard to enforce?
heck...
local moonshiners would LOVE a ban...
that means that locals HAVE to turn to them for alcohol instead of wal-mart...
can you imagine the millions a regular bootlegger would make if the government told wal-mart they couldn't sell michelob or miller anymore?
oh my gosh...
i'd have to run a still...
LOTS of money to be made...
almost makes me want to support this ban on alcohol business...
the Prohibition Act of early america just made a bunch of rednecks really wealthy...
being a redneck, i wouldn't mind that at all...
go boarman!!
you show them!!

90% of UK hospital admissions are a result of alcohol related abuse, to others or oneself. That speaks volumes as for the reasons for making it a class A drug. The costs are, increasingly, becoming intolerable. However, things will never change! Never, unfortunately.
That's a bunch of crap, mister. If you are going to post crap then at least post a url to back up your statistics! 😠
