I can find it hard to find my anger when I really need to - I wish I was different.

I think emotions are there to protect us and to help us feel connected to the world around us. I also think it is probably a good thing to struggle to find anger, than say compassion or happiness.

I would be more sincere, if I could allow myself to get really angry at times.

It is true that people tend to be more (brutally) honest when angry, where social inhibitions are cast to the side. I'm not sure though that brutal honesty is a good tool to have in our toolbox. 'Honesty' is a powerful thing and is better used with a measure of control and precision, something we simply don't have in a state of anger.

Controlled honesty is probably the best. Life would be difficult if we were exposed to uncontrolled emotions. If we lived close, I would gladly come to you for a consultation on the subject. 🙂
