I think emotions are there to protect us and to help us feel connected to the world around us. I also think it is probably a good thing to struggle to find anger, than say compassion or happiness.
@torunn saidIt is true that people tend to be more (brutally) honest when angry, where social inhibitions are cast to the side. I'm not sure though that brutal honesty is a good tool to have in our toolbox. 'Honesty' is a powerful thing and is better used with a measure of control and precision, something we simply don't have in a state of anger.
I would be more sincere, if I could allow myself to get really angry at times.

Controlled honesty is probably the best. Life would be difficult if we were exposed to uncontrolled emotions. If we lived close, I would gladly come to you for a consultation on the subject. 🙂
