Way to be economic snobs! I'm better than you because I've demonstrated that I've more money than you.

What, you don't think people should contribute to this site? If I said they should, you'd call me a capitalist taking advantage of the less fortunate.

If I said people shouldn't buy a star, you'd argue about who is going to support it, but being a left-wing socialist (am I correct?), you'd expect the government to pick up the tab

can't win against a double-sided coin.......with the imprint of an ass on both sides

Just listen to the intonation of his leading words ("FROTHING", "LIED"

This isn't an attack on all americans. Just a commentary on how american society has always been lead through m ink tha s been lead through misinformation in the media.

Hope it helps, somewhat.

Sounds to me, rag, that the BBC got caught lying through their teeth to the point a man killed himself over it?.....you can't see the trees through the forest...the BBC is mierda

And, it is an attack on all Americans because you hate America, just as you accuse me of hating Europeans, which is not true as I still have relatives in Europe. Do you have any relatives in the states?

Facts we are led to believe from news etc etc.,
1. Americans generally are arrogant in comparison to the rest of the world.
2.Americans don't care what the rest of the world think of them
3.Europeans do care what the rest of the world think of them.
4.Americans are selfish.
5. Europeans are less selfish.

I know and most sensible people know that this does not mean ALL Americans ARE as above, it is how they are portrayed though.

No, you were just suggesting the opposite to what you had typed, sarcasm requires some dose of humour and disguise.

How is FOX lying?...please point me in the rigt direction. Do you watch Bill O'Reilly? That's about the only thing on FOX that I watch
I alright posted a link where FOX fired some people because those people wouldn't put out a story which downplayed the risks of the bovine growth hormone, contrary to the findings of their own investigations. That was a lie. One of many.

Bill O' Reilly? That explains so much. Now I see where you get your simplified, bigoted opinions from. ๐Ÿ˜€

Some brilliant examples of O'Reilly...
http://www.lyingliar.com/videos/glick.htm

And a year later, he had these lies to say to distort Glick's words...
"O'REILLY: But who is this guy, really? Well, on this program, Glick said President [George W.] Bush and his father [former President George H.W. Bush] were responsible for his [Glick's] father's death. He said George W. Bush pulled off a coup to get elected. He implied the U.S.A. itself was a terrorist nation. And he called his father's death at the hands of an Al Qaeda "alleged assassination." He said America itself was responsible for the 9-11 attack because it is an imperialistic, aggressive nation. Glick was dismissed from The Factor because he was completely off the wall. Security actually had to take the guy out of the building, he was that out of control."

What a beautifl A hole. And here's some more stunning "truisms" from the great man. I find it amazing how so many of your posts seem to parrot this bigot...
"It's hard to do it because you gotta look people in the eye and tell 'em they're irresponsible and lazy. And who's gonna wanna do that? Because that's what poverty is, ladies and gentlemen. In this country, you can succeed if you get educated and work hard. Period. Period. "

"So who turns out for the screening of this movie Fahrenheit 9/11 last night? You ready? Now, here are the celebrities that turn out. Here are the people who would turn out to see Josef Goebbels convince you that Poland invaded the Third Reich. It's the same thing, by the way. Propaganda is propaganda. "

"That's my advice to all homosexuals, whether they're in the Boy Scouts, or in the Army or in high school: Shut up, don't tell anybody what you do, your life will be a lot easier. "

"Will African-Americans break away from the pack thinking and reject immorality - because that's the reason the family's breaking apart--alcohol, drugs, infidelity. You have to reject that, and it doesn't seem - and I'm broadly speaking here, but a lot of African-Americans won't reject it. "

"You want to have two guys making out in front of your 4-year-old? It's OK with them. A guy smoking a joint, blowing the smoke into your little kid's face? OK with them. And I'm not exaggerating here. This is exactly what the secular movement stands for. "

"..the most unattractive women in the world are probably in the Muslim countries."

You gotta love it. ๐Ÿ™„

LOL. Nice try, Chancre.

First hint of intelligence I've seen from you ever.

Anyway, I'll point out the pieces I was referring to when I said you were deluded.
"Europe killed 6,000,000 Jews" - While technically true, you are knowingly trying to stir hatred of Europe by implying that all of Europe were involved.
"(Europeans) are still persecuting the Jews, in preparation for Halocaust II" - more of your typical unsubstantiated anti-europe BS. ๐Ÿ™„

See when I post something, with links to support my claims, you denounce it as an attack on america, here you just parrot whatever fascist you've just been watching with no semblance of reason, fact or reality.

This should be fun. I love it when you demonstrate your complete lack of knowledge of the real world, outside of the anti-europe, anti-mulim, anti-nonamerican propoganda world in which you immerse yourself.

What lies did the BBC tell?
Who was the man who killed himself?
Why did he kill himself?

For those who missed the clip the first time, this is Fox's report on BBC's "lies". Absolutely Essential viewing

http://blugg.com/stuff/foxs_view_of_the_bbc_player.htm

Anybody who can defend that propoganda can only be described as an A...

Holey Smokes. Sorry about the highjacking of your thread Angie.

Could someone do me the favor of proofreading it? I'm done now. I'd like to have somebody check for:
-typos etc
-that it doesn't sound like I'm on a tirade against Americans (that's far from what I have in mind).

maybe I could have an American and a non-american read it?

I gotta go really quickly now, so quick replies would be welcome, or I'll send it tonight. Please PM me your email address if you're willing to do it.
I need to hand it in on monday,so if I get it back tomorrow it would be terribly helpful.
Thanks,

Angie

Frick! I don't think I've ever seen anything quite like that, what a total load of bull. It beggars belief how not only is it complete rubbish, but it's also delivered with such bile and venom. That's not how to present news, that's just some angry drunk in a bar mouthing off at his co-workers.

Not that I am defending Fox News (far from it), but this *was* an editorial piece. The bile and venom you describe is common in editorial pieces here. Welcome to the conservative media in America today.
