ok guys you probably are wondering my er... great chess skills. The truth is ive got an older brother and i am not 13 but 12 so i obviously cant go on RHP. I dont know whether he is using an engine or not but i am sneaking on RHP to make this post. I will be back in mid-Jan. but if russ allows it i can come back now. so russ if you want me back instead of my older brother send me an e-mail on this current account's email address. Now i understand that probably some people or all people are not gonna believe me but you will have to accept the fact that the person moving on the games are not me. I am sadly not that good. 😉 And i apologize if anything offensive was said to anyone. If russ doesn't reply i will be back on my birthday. Happy Holidays to all!!!

I have two brothers and I'm pretty sure I'd know if he was using MY account to move in 58 games concurrently.....
I'm also pretty sure that I would notice him using Fritz to analyze positions. Come on...nice try....as long as the cheating stops its OK by me....

If you had come clean and told the truth in you 1st post I am sure a lot at RHP would say give him a chance,he's just a kid but he is showing some signs of maturing here.But as you decided to tell a tale I see you as a 12 year old going on 9.Sorry but I personally would ban you from the site.When and if you come back ,you will cheat again,but you will probably learn not to be so obvious!

By your post there were many violations to the TOS at Rhp:
1-You lied about your age limit when Russ implemented this rule,knowing that you were not allowed to browse the site anymore.
2-You allowed a third party to use your account.
3-This ''third party'' used a chess engine to play in your games.
4-The ''third party'' replied with corky messages to my cheating accusations pretending to be the ''younger'' tlai.
Sincerely if it was for me I'd have serious doubts regarding ''getting back on permanently'',since you managed your account in the worst way possible.
This post is dedicated to all the ones who said that there was a ''witch hunt''.

I will eliminate you from the tournament at my site. I don't care to know the details. If you would like to enter another "as you" let me know. I firmly believe that a person should be able to make mistakes and come clean, if they will. If your "big brother does not come back it is best" What ever. Please do the right thing and resign your game against your opponent.
