Seriously dude, is it worth it?
How long does it take you to set up a new email address, go through the registration process and then spam up the forums with your idiotic vitriol?
Do you really think it's worth all this trouble? Because it takes me exactly 6 mouse clicks to hide every asinine spam-a-licious post of yours and permanently ban you from the forums - the whole process takes a bout 10 seconds.
Think about that next time you have to go through all the red tape to just create a new username to start a few spam threads and make a few spam posts...
Just a thought buddy. It may be time to move on with your life.

Can't you just do an ip-whois to find out who his ISP is, then send them a complaint to their Abuse Department about him misusing his internet service. If all goes well, he'll be in breach of the ToS of his internet service so they'll cancel his service, bill him for the remainder of the contract and blacklist his name with all other local ISP's.

Is there something like the RHP Admin Hit Squad or something. You know, a group of experts in computers, ninja techniques, espionage, weapons and explosives, etc. I mean, should it be one, then they could track the guy, go there, and deal with him.
