This is so wrong. Ads, restrictions, sub only written everywhere. Some kind of warning would have been nice so I could have figured out what the heck is wrong. As I just realized its because I got a new debit card a few months ago so the numbers don't match up now. I'll fix it tomorrow, but for future reference from a guy dealing with clients in the big business world, use better customer service and send people a message a few days before you take their star. I'm not angry, but I've been here over almost 4 years and would expect a little more.

I feel so non-sub 😞

I agree, we could improve the way this is currently managed. Reminders are sent out by 2co.com when a billing fails though, and we only remove the subs where the billing failed.

If the email you used when you placed the order is no longer in use, you will fail to get those reminders.

Hey, Mr. Hot Shot Business Man, it's probably the off-site CC payment gateway error, so not really something Russ can control.
RHP probably just relays the message to you, if it didn't come from the gateway company

Anyway, this happened to me as well about 4 years ago, so I can understand the shock and horror πŸ˜•

For future reference from a guy dealing with customers in the big business world, please ensure your payment details are up to date.

Otherwise I just may remove your patronage until you contact me with the right details. I don't care if you have been with me for 30 years, if I can't get payment I am withdrawing the service - you get nothing for nothing.
