That was the meaning I wasn't aware of. I actually wasn't sure what it means at all, but assumed it would be something like clever, and it does mean that, too.

Hm, the Urban Dictionary has one entry saying that it's "Duriving [I guess that should be "deriving"] from the ancient british word of Foxismonitism, meaning attractive or sexually appealing, has evolved along the years to become a more well known, and someone ["somewhat"?] slang word, foxy." Sounds a bit fishy, though.
