😴 It never gets colder than that here, but the windchill can be much lower. It has to be quite extreme if they are not allowed to go out. But the kindergarten children may not stay outside all afternoon if it's raining a lot. 😴

😴 When I went to school in Germany, it was like you describe - we were not allowed to go out when it was raining, but we could go out when it was snowing. 😴
