I take it a chav is a scanger, a knacker, if you will. A flecko, or the like.

Not certain, though. But tracksuits are certainly involved somewhere. And probably poorly groomed, wispy moustaches.

And baseball caps? And runners? And short hair combed forward? And they would drink larger, usually Budweiser in the pubs here.
