A fun Forum game.
So, I am a Pickled Eggs guy.
I buy them and I eat them.
I also make my own in a haphazard way.
Basically, old pickle juice and I put hard boiled eggs in there.
One time I was at a dinner party with Jewish people and this came up and a woman said "that's not how you pickle eggs"
We argued.
Technically she is right.
Anyways...Time for some fun.
I just put 16 hard boiled eggs into a jar of old pickle juice and I won't eat them until this thread is closed.
@kannstipated saidWhy not use new pickle juice ?

@the-gravedigger saidApparently the brine for real Pickled Eggs has nothing to do with Pickle juice.
Why not use new pickle juice ?
I imagine the real Pickled Eggs are based on mostly vinegar.
I didn't actually listen to the angry Jewish woman.
@kannstipated saidDo you know how a Jewish man makes tea?

@kannstipated saidNo, only polar bears but they don't pickle them first.
Why would anyone eat a walrus?
Do people do that?

@ghost-of-a-duke saidPerhaps he saw the request and changed it a little to be more tolerable?
I actually advised him to call himself Pickled Walnut.
He couldn't even get that right. 😴
I'm no doctor I'm just guessing.
@kannstipated saidHave you tried this method before? Do you put a little extra salt in the brine to make sure you don't get food poisoning?

@kevin-eleven saidNo just plain old dill pickle juice.

Why would food poisoning happen?
Plenty of salt in pickle juice already right?
