Over the counter medications work great. Use them at least once a day, just before you put on your socks for the day. Don't walk around barefoot ever. If you do, you'll leave spores which can reinfect you or other people. Also, put your socks on before your underwear. The underwear can drag the fungus to your crotch and give you ringworm.
