How come it's called "athlete's foot" on you feet, but "ringworm" when it's on your junk? Shouldn't it be called "athlete's sack" when it moves north?

It looks different in the crotch than it does on the feet. Both were named before it was known they were the same thing. They used to think a worm made ringworm.
