Labatts what? They produce dozens of beers.

There are so many fine beers in Canada I wouldn't know where to begin.
Labatts makes very cheap beer, although they have many sexy ladies in their commercials who would try to convince you otherwise. My vote goes with Unibroue, Creemore, Mill St., and a few other microbreweries I can't recall the names of.

I will say this about Labatts, though - their distribution of microbrewery beer through the Beer Store in Ontario has helped them all reach a greater market, especially me, because I could care less about good beer being drunk by other people. That's just me, I'm a people hater.

Apparantly you didn't read my previous post. Single malt scotch my favorite.

Stella Artois, the finest lager in Europe, if drunk in Belgium.

Oh, I forgot Brahma and Santa Fe. I think Santa Fe was my favourite, although that might have had something to do with the company at the time. 😉

"A 60 shilling Scottish ale style" don't really make it quite scottish...

as a side note, what does the 60/- etc stuff mean?
