Nice of you, but I think so many moments have passed and the times have changed.
When I was a kid in the Sixties I wanted to be a stage magician. When I was a teenager in the Seventies I wanted to be a science-fiction writer, but as I approached my twenties I thought maybe I should be more of a literary writer.
I might always have been too scattered and lazy to make anything of myself, so I guess this is what I have managed so far.

@Martin saidYeah, I was born in late 1959, and some of the worst problems in my life have involved people born 11 or 12 years earlier -- USA hippies of the Viet Nam era.

Well, it's still an interesting life, isn't it? 😉
@Martin saidYeah, scary and disappointing. One might have thought that more eyes-on from the so-called "Fifth Estate" (citizen bloggers or really anyone with internet and/or a smartphone) would help to tame the more brainstem-y activity of the highers-up, but I'm not sure that's happening. I used to think that gamers are saving the world and holding it together, but now I'm not so sure.

It sure is, a tad scary right though.
