lol. and the eagles, lol again, what a joke they are. I mean, c'mon, the eagles played the Texans, what's there to be excited about. the eagles are just a junky team whos going to lose against a better team, such as the Giants, who they play next week.

now, when speaking of overcoming odds, we do have those Rams...
leave those eagle fans alone!!! let them have some fun.. its gona be a long season for them!!!

RAMS are boring!

To be honest I like both sports as i said before.

I think Gridiron is more like Chess.
I'm not a fan of the NFL as you can probably guess! It outrages me that they call it football and give another name to the original game...
soccer doesn't exist over here... if I called it soccer, my mates would laugh me out of the pub!

Blade68.. i got to be honest... living in England... i have not meet many people who watch the NFL as much as me...

I think the sport is great to watch on TV.... its really a very good sport once you take the time to get into it.

Football one the other hand is the SPORT FOR THE WORLD..

well i like the whole sport..without having any real fav. team.. although i was very impressed with the falcons on sunday....they beat a very good team and may surprice a few this season

John Abrahams had a massive game in defence... Dune and Vick did their usual stuff!

well, the falcons did not have to put up with Steve Smith. Even so, they still would've if the Panthers had Smith on the field. Well played defensively by the Falcons. Not a SuperBowl contender in my eyes though.

I took a bit of an interest when they started the UK League (I think we had the Sheffield Busmen or something?)
I went to one match at the Don Valley Stadium and couldn't see the ball... just a load of fat blokes piling on top of each other... I came out just after halftime and went to the pub to watch Corro!!!

Now Ice Hockey's a different kettle of tuna.... Sheffield Steelers were great!

oh I see. you guys aren't much further ahead of us in time. just about 4 - 6 hours. All sunday games commence at 1:00 on the East coast over here. I guess soccer takes over US football. but then agian, not many people over here care to watch soccer that much either

defensively, yes. not so much production by their offense.

Really, the Ravens put up an excellent game. the best performance of the week, clearly.

blade68.. to be honest.. you need to watch the tv coverage of the NFL. With all due respect.. the british NFL leagues/teams are a bit like our poor sunday league football sides!!

regarding the rams... i just dont rate jackson as a top RB.
Bruce is great.. but he is getting old.. not sure if he will produce by weeks 10-15..sorry

that just then leaves you with Holt as the go to guy...

yes, Holt, as well as the guy everyone forgets.
you know, the most underrated QB in the NFL
the fourth most accurate in history...Marc Bulger!!!

Why does everyone underrate him and say he is overrrated!!! Seriously that is frustrating 😕

As for Jackson, you'll see more of him...
and to replace Bruce, Kevin Curtis is coming out of the shadows as a 1000 yd WR
And their defense is slowly coming along.
