I'm looking for a site where I can easily upload photos in a batch - good quality files but displayed as mid-sized thumbnails.

I've seen some people using flickr, which looks okay - anyone got eperience of it or other recommendations??

Picasa web albums is very good in terms of how easy it is to make albums/upload. You are also totally in control of the quality your uploaded images are. I recommend Picasa to my classes as well for local image organising and basic edits. It's a snip to create your own cds as well.

They also probably have the most free space available to you.

That's who I'd go with if I was looking for something simple but effective.

I use photobucket as well, especially after I learned that photos on some sites end up being snatched by companies for adverts -- like one girl, whose friends saw her picture on a billboard in Australia as part of an ad. Of course, mine aren't the sort that companies would find worth stealing, but it's the thought that counts!

I like it already. Out of intrerest, what quality do you use/recommend for uploading? I have it set on original but I guess that's a waste of time and space - even for digital prints?
