Yeah it was blowing almost perpendicular north to south, strangely it is apparently due to the warming of the north pole, which means we are going to get colder winters because of global warming, the injustice of bit all.

It has been real gusty here for a week. It reminds me of how much I hate real blowy weather.
I also heard that whatever the hell is hapenning with El Nino, it's going to be the weirdest weather this summer since records were kept. I just missed the part weather it would be extra sunny or extra rainy- or extra blowy

Inland (North Dakota is about as inland as you can get!) we had 18 degrees at dawn, and when it warmed into the 30s it started snowing. Wind? It ALWAYS blows here! 😛

For the latest Australian weather bom.gov.au has an ENSO page, they're saying we're unlikely to have an El Nino this year.
