Muhammed is not a god. Muslims do not worship Muhammed. Muslims pray to the Abrahamic God directly. They do not pray to Muhammed.

People having sexual intercourse with women once they had reached puberty was culturally normal 1,500 years ago all across the world, in Asia, in the Middle East and Africa, and Europe. [And probably in the Americas too, although I don't know for sure.]

For European kings and tribal leaders to be betrothed to prepubescent girls for political and intertribal reasons was normal one and a half millennia ago.
