Erm, I know call-outs may be violation of RHP etiquette, but this one's benign 🙂.

Which are the molecular structures at which you are located?

This has been bothering me of late. I may go insane.

Do you know the work great american philosopher Jim Morrison? In particular the 'Doors live in Concert' album.

If so, all I will tell you is that it is not so much where I am located, but where I 'hide' that is important. Now take these clues my mathematical amigo and dance your brain to the beat of track 5 🙂

I don't know if this is some kind of heresy, but I don't like the Doors all that much. However, this mystery must be solved.

The Doors were great, their music is well worth listening to and the Velvet Underground are only famous because of the company they kept. I mean why the hell would you let someone like Nico lay foghorn noises over your music?
The doors were interesting... but beyond that... I could take or leave them. The Super Stoners in school always loved them, but I think they were just trying to impress each other.

Mother! I want to..... Yeah!!!!!

I like the music of both the Doors and the Velvet Underground. Lou Reed is a lot smarter than Jim Morrison though, and VU was by far the more interesting band. Nico didn't get to sing on very many tracks anyway.

10 great VU tracks:

Venus in Furs
Heroin
Sweet Jane
Waiting for the Man
White Light/White Heat
I Heard Her Call My Name
Pale Blue Eyes
Some Kinda Love
What Goes On
Ocean

Actually, I quite like the Velvet Underground. In fact, funnily enough, I'm listening to 'The Black Angel's Death Song' as we speak. By contrast, I'm the proud owner of nothing by the Doors. However, I may have to rectify the latter, against my better judgement, to figure out precisely what you mean by your location 😛.

I'm currently deciding whether to take any of you seriously ever again, especially you Darv. I nearly had heart faliure over you finding faith the other day, not funny, I'm too old for surprises like that.

Fine, so I am alone in my like of the doors, well fine, I'll just sit over here in the corner and ignore the lot of ya. If anyone asks, I'm the one listening to the bad music 😞

EDIT: Damn that came across sounding almost like Mateulose

I try so hard to like the doors, I listen for hours a day... but I still just can't like the doors. Why other people can listen for such a short time, yet still like the doors is beyond me.

Why, oh why me?

Sorry Starrman, I never liked the Doors much either, Velvet Underground were much better, IMHO.

Seriously, when I listened to the CDs you sent (admittedly 'Something for the Weekend' first, because it was a Wednesday--iTunes tells me I've listened to that Leonard Cohen song 56 times now), I thought to myself 'This Starrman fellow has some of the best taste in music around. Nicely done!' And now this. Talk about disillusionment with the human race 😛.

But note that I handled this nicely. In my less prudent forum moments, you've had the Nonlinear Dynamics Police on me like I'd just run over the Church of Eilvs in a game of Chaos GTA 2, while I showed great restraint in not sending the Society for the Prevention of Complete Abuse of That Which is Good and Righteous to burn a guitar in your yard for your apparent musical embarassments 😉.
