I agree with you on that.
But what if a man decides to identify as a woman.
Do you think this is legitimate and he can just become a woman.
Do you think his wine tasting ability will suddenly improve ?

Good question. My opinion on that is that you can identify as whatever you like, there are only 2 sexes, the one you are born with.
