Perhaps I am wrong here I will have to look up in the rules in the TOS Guidelines but I though it was against the rules to keep information on people?

EDIT: I believe it is under Member Conduct if memory serves me right.

6. Members Conduct.

"Collect or store personal data about other users".

I believe this would cover storing personal data (keeping files on people.)

I've only seen one person be accused of it and we all know who that person would be.

Yes, you sort of have to be looking for something it is long and looks like it was drawn up by a lawyer to me. It has over 20 different things on it.
