Anybody know what I'm talking about?

The nerves sped everywhere, and every episode the antibodies used to fight the evil looking infections, or the white blood cells would help stem bleeding from a wound?

Would really like to find out the name of it.

Cheers,

D

Was there an old guy and a kid in a small "spaceship" thingy too?

I faintly remember something along those lines.

Two possibilities, 'Magic Schoolbus' and 'Body Talk', are mentioned in...

this one?

it's a french series "Il était une fois... la vie". don't know what the english name was, but possibly 'once upon a time there was... life" or something like that. they did loads of similar educational series about history, space, even football. it's always the same characters, only in a different setting. they're huge classics.

Expensive in amazon.co.uk and ebay, cheapish on amazon.co.uk.

Think I need to buy the set. Bloody good show (parden the pun).

'Once upon a time' was an awesome programme. It formed much of my young childhood interest in the natural world. I recommend seeking out not just the 'life' series, but also the history and technology ones, though I can't remember which numbers in the series they were.

Here's the full catalogue of titles along with decent length clips...
