How easy is it to install a CD rewriter on a laptop (Toshiba) and how much should I pay for the item and the labour?

(Probably have to double it for Kazakhstan but it'll give me an idea).

If you go to China it's about 10 minutes to do and will cost about 300 yuan. (about 40 $US).

If you need a flight I can get you a special quick one for about 6,000 $US 😉
