I need some advice for getting stripper sparkles and blood out of heavy pile carpeting. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Wrap some duct tape around a baseball bat, inverted so the sticky side is on the outside, that'll pick up all the sparkles. Change the tape when it loses the stick. For the blood, get some decent carpet shampoo.

Why exactly do you want to get it out? If the problem is uneven distribution rather than the colour, get some more blood and sparkles to get a nice blood-coloured sparkling carpet. You could also make a painting.

Maybe you can cut the part with the blood out, freeze it in the freezer, en rub it off while frozen.

Why not cut around the stain, then remove the house from around it and put it down somewhere where the Bloody sparkles didn't sprinkle?

Unfortunate incident with a crack pipe. Lot's of screaming and rolling around to contend with. A stripper yelling, "I'm on fire, my face is on fire!" will ruin anyone's buzz.
