No, I was comparing the relative use of certain technologies which, at the onset, are touted as being the best things since sliced bread. This was in response to the Luddite post, of course, and needs to be taken in light of that post.

There is a continual ebb and flow of real climate change which has extremely little if anything at all to do with the ce of Al Gore's alleged woes.

oil spills are a threat to local bird populations, not much more. vulcanic activity on the small end of the spectum is connected to flora fertility (the reason why people insist on living near volcanoes despite the danger), on a large scale global mass extinction (the siberian basalt fields). none of that is connected to the fact that human activity has become big enough to affect global weather.

By the place you were singing in, and you were obviously "F" word freezing as you stated, which means you can't afford to turn up the heat. Just little observations. 😉

Did everyone forget about 2012, and the world ending anyways! 😛

New light is the answer. Absorb it. Your cognitive function will eventually re-calibrate.

The gift is life itself. Planet is an accomodation during our brief sojourn. It all depends upon Him and His gracious plan. We don't

earn or deserve anything and He's not the least impressed with well intentioned works and human good. It's about Him, not us.

Oh, don't worry about 'The Creator'.

The Earth will continue on, it just might take some time to get back to something wonderful beyond a ball of ice or baren desert.

We, however will be just a memory at best. Happens all the time, and if we can avoid it, I say it's worth a try.

P-
Buffery of the first magnitude.

truth, and they thought global warming was a big problem. Global warming is happening on a global stage, this is happening on a microscopic stage.

I hate to disappoint you, but the heat was off because the boiler broke, as you'll see in the next video; I'm wearing a t-shirt. We're quite comfortable as it happens, but thanks for your concern.

LOL...Ok if you say so!

I didn't mean to hit any nerves my RHP friend.

I don't care much for profanity, so I didn't bother looking any further at the video's. I just listened to the rest of that particular one, and saw that you did have some talent playing the guitar.

I always tell people don't bother going into a thread if you don't care what the posters saying. I like to follow my own advice. 😉 Sometimes it is difficult!!!
