on the contrary, it's easier than it'll ever be after being provisional. play 20 games against 1400's and win them all, and you'll come out 1800 even. lose one of those, you're still (19*1800+1000)/20 = 1760

aha! so that's what i've been doing wrong. i've been LOSING TOO MANY GAMES... okay, i get it now. i'll start winning everything and my rating will automatically skyrocket...woo hoo!!!😵🙄
