Currently there is no node, which could deliver you the stream data.
I got the second one in an error. How can no node deliver data?

A node can deliver data. Of all the nodes that could deliver, none can deliver the specific data you would need. Thus it's not a question of no node delivering data, but of no node being able to deliver data.

Adverbs 'of time' normally introduce, used at the START of a sentence that is, a time which is not really relevant to the main noun phrase, and can be omitted.
So it's not a question of 'which' or 'rather, which is debatable in itself.
The original question was to where the comma should be placed, which I answered correctly, without cause for other questioning.
