Thailand or Philippines, hmm, I'd probably go back to Thailand before the Philippines. The food takes it in Thailand, plus it's a bit cheaper. Would rather have a relationship with a woman from the Philippines than a crazy Thai girl though. People in Thailand are generally fake friendly whereas Philippines are genuinely friendly but Vietnam beats them both.
Edit: are you allowed to ever leave the country though?
