Sausages / Bratworsts

Cook outdoors if your friends don't like the smell of cooking beer.

Use: Sam Adams or your favorite 'heavy' beer. Losers cook with Coors / Miller / Budweiser

Slice up Green, Red Peppers, Onion. Don't dice it fool!

Put vegies in a pot.

Throw your favorite Sausage in, I prefer Brats or Hot Sausage.

Heat on medium, let it simer and stir often.

Once the sausage starts to get a bit cooked throw that bad boy on the grill or bake on about 375. Spin often to brown well.

Keep cooking them vegies in the beer. The beer should be boiling off and carmelizing the vegies.

You better put that bad boy on a bulky roll. No Wonder Bread, that's just stupid.

Ad a tad of your favorite mustard, or a touch of mayo. Not to much!

Eat it!

P-

Edit! Please try to post some recipes of your own, or ask your friends if you don't have one. I've got a lot of beer to cook.

Cooking alcoholic ingredients most likely will not leave you much alcohol as a result, I believe.
But besides this wisdom, please carry on your rant against P-.

I was joking,Phlabby is a cool dude.I like beer batter onion rings.I once marinated some ribeyes in bourbon, then cooked them on the grill. The flames that came up looked like it was from the afterburner of an F16.
