it says he cycled off-it was probubly just as pat on the way past. i'd rather people didn't do it, but locking them up for 4 years? really, that is a bit harsh. what purpose is that going to serve? he's no danger to the wider community etc. why not community service or something? or ofthe knee to the groin. i think that's a fair punishment. should be given to every sex offenders. 2 knees to kiddy fiddlers.
