Last week we had temperature up in the 29-30C mark. Everyone was saying it was too early for that kind of weather.
Turns out they got their wish today is 7C and cold with rain and same expected for tomorrow and again next week.
Part of Nova Scotia in the Cape Breton area actually got some snow today, just a dusting but we never get that in May as a rule but it has happened later in June, but aa I said a very rare happening.

@Very-Rusty saidIs Nova Scotia a real place?

I thought it was a location in one of the Narnia books.
@Ghost-of-a-Duke saidIt's were Narnia and reality crosses, explains a lot about old (and?) rusty.

@Very-Rusty saidHmmm. Here we get “Global Warming”, you, on the other hand seem to be getting “Global Colding”.🤔😲

@Great-Big-Stees saidVery strange weather. Going from 29-30C to 7C in a week is strange even for this part of the world and snow in Sydney falling on the tulips which were already out.

@Very-Rusty saidA few weeks ago we too went from “hot” to “cold” in a day. I think the difference was something like 29C to 2C but I guess the high temp was abnormal for that time of year. I seem to remember, a few years ago, maybe 8, that we had temps, in February, in the 24C range for a number of days. I remember this because at the time we were in Cuba and thinking we could have saved the cost of the vacation by staying home and getting, almost the same temps there as we were getting in Cuba.😡😁

@Great-Big-Stees saidYes turned out to be a bit of waste but always good to get away from routine for a bit.

I remember back in the 70's they were talking about the weather and Global warming, which people laughed at and said it wasn't happening. They may not be laughing so hard 50 years plus later. It is here and only going to get worst. They are calling for one our most hottest summers ever, that will set records which we are already doing, so no big surprise there.

@Very-Rusty saidWe, here in Southwestern Ontario, will become the “new” Florida, sans the salt water, in a few generations.😲😉

@Great-Big-Stees saidI am hearing many of the snowbirds from here have sold their homes there due to Trumps tariff's and the way he has treated Canada. Perhaps they will be buying in Southwestern Ontario. 😉

Everything that man touches he makes a mess, just can't help himself. All yes men and getting their pockets full of cash. Trump has become richer since becoming President, wonder where the money is coming from??

@Earl-of-Trumps saidI, for one, take solice in mentioning to my Toronto Maple Leafs friends, that we, the Habs made it to the semis and they didn’t even get into the playoffs. I will take a page from their book and say, “Hey, there’s always next year”.🤔😉😁
BTW, Rusty and Stees,
Sorry for the elimination of Les Habs. Another year with no Canadian team in the finals.
What a PR nightmare,, a Hockey finals, in JUNE, between Las Vegas and Carolina.
boring as hell, I think.

To bad you know nothing about hockey!!! Look at the rosters and see how many Canadians are on both teams, also Russians, Swede, & Finland they certainly out number the American players!!! 😉 😛
The Habs have a young Team no one expected them to get as far as the did except themselves, If they can keep that team together for next 5-8 years, you will see a power house. For many it was their first time in the playoffs. So don't puff your chest out too much!!! 😉
Actually I expect it to be very good hockey with all the Canadians and Europeans involved!!!

@Very-Rusty
Hey!, my chest is not puffed out at all because my team did not do anything - lost in 1st round (bruins)
But I know nothing about hockey...? please! Stees can address this too:
Q: What NHL team did goalie, Tony Esposito start out with?
I get the best of them with that question 🙂
