Well I've got to say that the one I attended consisted of a GREAT bunch, who enjoyed some fun chess and more importantly, for me, a sociable time of good food, good banter, good drink and the chess being the "excuse" for the gathering. 🙂

There was a larger gathering at the second BBQ but I haven't located the pictures yet.

I remember everyone except bugs-bunny for some reason. Were they called that back then? I don't even know if they were male or female, I am assuming male as don't think a woman would name herself bugs-bunny.
