Even moreso I've had a problem with it at my latest place because neighbouring children are often crying(at times of noise pollution). Time has taught me the guy living there was being abusive towards them. It stayed in their home mostly when I first got here and then he was outside swearing at a 4 year old boy. One time, while the boy was sitting on the ground he told him to stop it 3 times or he would get bashed. I threatened to ring the police on him if he carried on. It is illegal to hit kids in my country and people like him are why.

I have a circulation problem in my hands (originally diagnosed as Reynards Phenomenon, though my current specialist disagrees with this). Basically, at night, I lose blood flow in my hands and lower arms (You know, that feeling you get when you sleep funny and wake up with a dead arm and pins and needles). Not a serious condition but uncomfortable enough to keep me awake.

I have a natural alarm clock, my doctor calls it a bladder, it is permanently set for five hours. The consequences of sleeping through my alarm are very distressing 🌊😴

And he was abusing mentally possibly physically children because of my 'sleep' problem because they haven't cried in about a month since I hit him up.
