ghost probably can't sleep because of all the lives he/she ruined.
I lie awake thinking of all the lives I have made better.

I don't have sleep apnea old chap. That is something very different.
Well, that is what they call it when people can't sleep. What kind of sleep disorder do you have if it isn't sleep apnea?

Makes me wonder, lack of sleep isn't good for the brain!!!

Hockey players get brain fatigue, from being tired and make silly mistakes like passing to their opponant or putting the puck in their own net.

Makes me wonder how you can give good advice, on lack of sleep.

Only if we don't keep making the same mistakes over and over again. 😉

Doing the same thing over and over again and getting expecting differens results, could be a sign of insanity!

I was just disturbed at all the thumbs down for very little visible reasons. Don't be so mean.

It all depends on where you are sitting on who you think is being mean, doesn't it?

yes it depends on a lot of things.

you might be real tough and then a vulnerable person next? being responsible is thinking about the next person.

Sleep apnea is an entirely separate condition where breathing is affected at night. I have no issues with my breathing.

As I said, I have insomnia. (The cause is none of your beeswax).

Different. I have a lot of 'un'natural alarm clocks, not because of a mental illness but a disability tbi.

a mental health professional telling me to have a lie down at 8am. it has to do with the capacity of the brain to recharge which generally isn't ever better then at 8am. 10pm to 2am is the only time I CAN get uninterrupted sleep. AT those times I don't have difficulty sleeping.
