Sorry to hear that. From the experience of close friends, just like SMSBear says, today is not as bad as it was... What it demands is mostly self-discipline (easier said than done, of course) and not letting yourself go. I guess there's not much more I can say that wasn't said already. Take care.

Hang in there in Ice, my friend was just diagnosed as well, be positive and live healthy. All will be good 🙂
