I asked for one when I got one on another site after their 10th year anniversary. Russ, wouldn't do it as it wouldn't have been good business for him. I think he probably figured back then I'd live forever. 🙂 I believe he made the right decision as I've already paid in more than I would have if he had let me have one for set amount of money.
