Just had to vent. Don't time out. Don't offer a draw. Accept defeat and
resign. Don't make me wait to get my points :-)

Thanks.

I have been offered a draw by a person while he was in check. He
continued to do this until checkmate ( several days). We had a 1 day
time out and I believe he was trying to tire me out until he could claim
the timeout. The draw offer extends the time out and seems to be
considered a move.

In other words, you've pushed a good topic off page one to bring this crap up onto page one?

Good work.
