Sorry, I didn't realize that you were seriously wishing death to someone who questioned your use of the word "noob."

Nah. I'm just jokin'. There was just no point in going into a ridiculous spiel over nothing and attacking me. Hopefully it won't happen in the future. 🙄

Don't eat poppy seeds beforehand!!

In the same vein, if you ever take a lie detector test as I once did, (for a menial laborer at an Office Supply warehouse, no less!) put a tack or push-pin in your shoe. I found it easiest to wedge it between the big and second toe. On EVERY question--even my name--I would gently but firmly clinch the toes so as to allow the pin to prick the shin.
My analyses were "inconclusive", and I got hired. {sigh} all that trouble for such a crappy job.

Some sense of humor... Let's see, you attack someone with a question by responding with "noob". To lazy to even type the entire word out.
And then I challenge you on it and you fly (no pun intended) into a fit of rage and first wish death by cancer upon me.
Well then... after you consult your tome of medican and health care, you learn that some people don't die of cancer.
Then you wish AIDS upon me. Well, Einstein of the Air, some people do not die of AIDS either. You'll be disappointed to learn this I'm sure.

How's the air traffic out there Eisenhower? Do you have the same grip on it that you do with your social and cognizance skills?

Generally our fine people in the services are intelligent, highly trained people. They operate some of the most sophisticated machines and systems in the world. Obviously a certain few slip through the cracks.

Lastly Private Benjamin, I did not attack you. Nor am I doing that now. I am making sport of you. For my entertainment. You bite, I set the hook. There are others in this community that serve the same function for me.

At ease soldier.

Alcohol won't show up on a standard pee in a cup drug screen. They test for specific metabolites related to particular drug types. Alcohol gets processed back into sugars first (I think) so there are no real traces once it's been completely worked through your system. You can get false positives from various prescription drugs and even some food - app ...[text shortened]... to make any metabolite concentrations too low to measure properly with the standard tests.
You're right. A urinealysis will not detect it. The DOT uses breathalyzers, like the HP and police do.

Alcohol is oxidised to ethylaldehyde (which makes the hang-over btw) and then via acidic acid to carbon dioxide.

I did some drug screening a while back but wasn't very good at it,
'couldn't taste the difference at all.

I did plenty of drug testing in my youth. No H and Ludes and Coke are a waste of time.

Ok, so all are generally decided that it will not test for alcohol. How about cigarettes?

Same deal. Cigarettes are legal.

PS - What the hell kind of job would test for cigarettes and alcohol?
