What's the rule if you suspect that someone has created 2 profiles and has created games between these profiles and resigned from them early to manipulate their ratings? A rap on the hands? Expulsion? Something in-between?
No not the infamous JW. But I noticed a player that it was pretty obvious was manipulating the ranking. DOlivier and I just wanted to know the rules before bringing it to attention of the Russ man. I don't like the idea of Salom style witch-hunts but this was pretty obvious.
