I have three hens, which are free ranging, and their eggs are divine, they only eat organic, none of the crap that they get fed in cages and the eggs taste a whole lot better, have you tried free-range, organic?

There are limited choices for egg based products that dont taste of egg - diet mayonaise? If weight is a concern, though it doesnt taste as good as normal mayo. I love omelets myself and they can be veg filled so pretty healthy.

Are eggs the only protein you can go for? Are you on a special diet?

one of the hostels i stayed at in peru served omelets every now and then (i was their for nearly 3 months 😵) not wanting to say no to a free breakfast i started putting jam on it (it was good jam) which they thought was pretty strange.
I don't either but scrambled eggs with pepper isn't tasting so eggy to me.
So jamy omelets is a Trev(C) invention?

plus i don't want a lot of carbohydrates in this meal.
How tall are you? 😛
Thinking outside the box here, have you tried eating eggs from something other than a chicken, they'd probably taste different, no idea where you'd get them from though.

oh jesus, mayo is worst than eggs, i really can't eat the stuff. even the smell makes me want to vomit.

not in a while but yeah, you're right free range eggs are definitely eatable, my sister keeps chickens and i'll admit that her eggs taste better than store bought eggs, even the 'free range' ones.

i'm actually trying to increase my weight a little.

Local suppermarkets sell quail eggs. Cute speckled things!

so my question to you is how do i incorporate more eggs into my diet without actually having to eat the taste of eggs?
Use a syringe and inject them.

Salsa. Put salsa on the eggs, and you won't taste the eggs. Put enough salsa on and you won't taste anything else for a while either.
