i want to add more protein into my diet and i've come to the conclusion that eggs are the way to go. but the trouble is i really don't like them that much.

so my question to you is how do i incorporate more eggs into my diet without actually having to eat the taste of eggs?

i want to use the whole egg. but yeah most of the fat content is in the yolk.

i can't believe the ecuadorian method of spreading jam over an omelet is still winning after 10 posts by the delightful WESTERNISED rhp general forum posters.

Jam on an omlet? Sounds bizzare. Like eggy pancakes.
What about eggybread or toast and scrambled egg?

i really don't like the taste of eggs much, i haven't eaten any that wasn't in fired rice in months. so scrambled egg is out. eggybread...you mean french toast? also out.

one of the hostels i stayed at in peru served omelets every now and then (i was their for nearly 3 months ๐Ÿ˜ต) not wanting to say no to a free breakfast i started putting jam on it (it was good jam) which they thought was pretty strange.
