I actually have a new found respect for soccer after finding out that they run an AVERAGE of 6 miles a game, with dozens of 10-40 yard sprints, jumping 2 or 3 feet in the air a few times, and all that jazz. Never knew that.
Edit: was reading an article that claimed the Us was the best conditioned team in the Cup this year.
