No, not 3-5-2, play a 4-4-2, but with Beckham as a full back and given a free area to roam in, also maybe drop Gerrard back abit more so there is a bit more cover.
I might suggest something like this. I'd wouldn't be too worried to leave Owen out, playing 4-5-1. I hope this link works.
