The unbelievable point being that I don't care at all about sports...
Yet...there are three teams which get on my mammary protubrances like the German police on porno tourists to Taiwan.

Honestly. The arrogance of said 3 teams is beyond recognition. They are so arrogant they make US f ...[text shortened]... o, after England lost their pre-destined win against France, I just had to rant.

PARTY ON!!!
Your criticism of the Dutch naturalising players can be equally extended to numerous other EU countries, especially the French. Let's see:

Zidane (Algeria)
Trezeguet (Argentina)
Vieira (Senegal)
Djorkaeff (Poland/Armenia)
Karembeu (New Caledonia)
Makelele (DR Congo)
Henry (Guadeloupe)
Thuram (Guadeloupe)
Desailly (Ghana)

not to mention some others. About 10 of the current Dutch squad were born in Surinam. Re: England, AFAIK only Owen Hargreaves was born outside of England, let alone the UK.

On the whole I agree with your list, although I owuld place the French ahead of the Americans. This is mostly because they don't play any sports that I give a crap about.

Don't apologise!!
Argue that there is not a direct causal relationship between spending on sport and failing health. For example, the government spends a lot of money on a lot of things which could also be said to be depriving health e.g. Iraq, advertising, foriegn aid, etc.
Okay, I'm soory, I won't apologise again...damn!

You'll often find socialists supporting the underdog in any conflict, none more more so than I when it comes to sport.
It's good to know you'll be supporting England later this year when they take on Australia in the ashes.
England are by far the underdogs here.

England are the current rugby worlds champions, are going to win the next world cup in Germany, and are going to beat Australia next year in the Ashes.
After England my favourite football team is Holland and i for one like the Americans.
God save the Queen.
