@great-big-stees saidSo many different kinds of love for us who are lucky. ❤️
“LOVE” 🥰, amazes me. My favourite emoji.👍
@yo-its-me saidAbsolutely amazing, all individuals but work as a whole, communicating through nature.
Trees are amazing, every one of them different, unique.
@vivify saidHe’s a weird perv but I gotta admit I love this guy.
On another thread there was discussion about how nothing is really "amazing" despite how frequently that word is used.
It reminded me of this bit from Louis CK:

He shouldn't have done what he did, but they lumped him in with guys like Weinstein who were far worse, then tried to "cancel" him.
The "maybe" bit is comedy gold.

@rookie54 saidWhen I was twelve years old, my dad was a college work study student at a company called Jet Propulsion Laboratory. He told us about Voyager I and how they put a golden record on it. One day he told us they let him etch his name somewhere on Voyager. My father died in 2018 and Voyager I is billions of miles away…as you say. I like to think of him hanging out there on Voyager somewhere fixing things on it…a little girl fantasy, I know…
@vivify
voyager 1
billions of miles from earth, gets a hiccup in the software
IT people fix it via magic
the machine resumes data flow
BILLIONS of miles from earth
But when we are long gone, Voyager and my dad’s name will still be out there somewhere…
@hakima saidThat’s really cool.
