Mine is, for some reason, John Williams' "Hedwig's Theme" from Harry Potter and The Prisoner of Azkaban (and maybe the first two as well, don't remember). There's something so elegant about it, yet at the same time it's almost as haunting as something by Danny Elfman (who'd probably be second on my list with the theme from Batman). Anyone else got a favorite or am I the only one who pays attention to this stuff?

Broadening it a bit, for favourite sound track, Id have to say 'The Crow'. Great music that also fits the mood of the film perfectly.
